Canopy Zipline

• When is the best time to book this tour? The best time to book is for the morning tour at 8:00 AM, when it is cooler and there is a higher chance of seeing wildlife.

• Do I have to do much hiking? No, we have a tractor that will take you to the first platform.

• What is the weight limit for the Canopy Zipline? The weight limit is 250 pounds, but if you are over 6ft and weigh more than 260 pounds, you should be fine.

• What should I wear for the tour? Closed-toe shoes and light clothing.

• What happens if I start the tour and don’t want to continue? If this happens, there are a few ways to stop the zip line tour and return on the tractor. However, we do not provide a refund in this situation.

• Are kids safe on the tour? Yes, we take children from 4 years old and up. They wear a special full-body harness.

• How high are the platforms? We start from the ground, and the highest point is approximately 100 feet.

• How safe is the Canopy Zipline? This is one of our safest tours. Our certified guides will ensure your safety throughout the tour.

• Can I do the tour if I am afraid of heights? Yes, we often have people with a fear of heights, and we will assist you at all times.

• How many cables are there? 10 cables and 12 platforms.

• What is the longest cable? 2400 feet.

• Will I see wildlife on the tour? While we can’t guarantee it, there’s a good chance you’ll see Scarlet Macaws, White Face Monkeys, Toucans, and other wildlife.

• Do I have to brake on the tour? Yes, the correct position is one hand on the cable. However, if you don’t brake, the guides will control your speed as you approach the platform.

• Will there be snacks on the tour? The guide will have water, and we provide tropical fruits at the end.

• Can kids do the Horseback tour? Yes, children from 4 years old and up can go.

• Will kids go alone on the horse? Children from 4 to 6 years old can ride with their parents.

• Will I see wildlife on the tour? We can’t guarantee it, but there’s a good chance you’ll see Scarlet Macaws, White Face Monkeys, Toucans, and more.

• Are the horses on the tour friendly? Yes, the horses are very gentle, and you don’t need any experience to do the tour.

• What should I wear for the tour? Closed-toe shoes and long pants. You may want to wear your swimsuit under your clothes, as we don’t have a changing room at the waterfalls.

• Can we run with the horses? No, running with the horses is not allowed.

• How big is the waterfall? It is about 2 meters high and has a large natural swimming pool.

• How long is the hike to the waterfalls? It is a short 10-minute hike, with only about 10 steps.

• Can we jump in the waterfalls? We don’t recommend jumping, but there are areas where you can do so.

• Will there be snacks on the tour? The guide will have water, and we provide tropical fruits at the end.

ATV & Buggy Tours

• When is the best time to book this tour? The best time to book is for the morning tour at 8:00 AM, when it is cooler and there is a higher chance of seeing wildlife.

• How old do you have to be to drive? You need to be 16 years or older to drive.

• Do I need a credit card for the vehicle deposit? Yes, we require a VISA or Mastercard to participate in the ATV Tour.

• Am I responsible for the damages to the vehicle? Yes, once you pass the test track, you are responsible for damages to your vehicle.

• What should I wear for the tour? Closed-toe shoes and light clothing. Please note that clothes and shoes will get very dirty on this tour. You may also want to wear your swimsuit under your clothes, as we don’t have a changing room at the waterfalls.

• Can kids do the ATV tour? Yes, children from 4 to 8 years old must ride in a buggy, and from 9 years old and up, they can ride on a double ATV.

• Are the vehicles easy to drive? Yes, they are automatic, and you will take a test drive on our private track before the tour.

• How big is the waterfall? It is about 2 meters high and has a large natural swimming pool.

• Reservations: We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. You can book online, by phone, or through email.

• Park Hours: The park is open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Cameras: You are welcome to bring your own camera. We also take professional photos during all tours, which you can view and purchase afterward.

• Rainy Season: Rain usually only occurs from July to November. If you are visiting during these months, it’s best to book morning tours.

• Rain Policy: Tours may be delayed if there is lightning, strong winds, or heavy rain. If you prefer not to wait, you can reschedule for a different day.

• Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour start time are typically eligible for a refund.

• Dining: Our on-site El Bosque Restaurant offers breakfast from 7:00 AM, a buffet lunch from 11:00 AM, and fast food and local cuisine in the afternoon. Drink specials are available.

• Amenities: We have showers, changing rooms, secure parking, and lockers (with a $10 refundable deposit).
