Service Fee: Passenger Vehicle Reservations
To ensure the highest level of service, a standard coordination fee is applied to all transportation transfer bookings. This fee encompasses full-service travel oversight before and during your stay in Costa Rica, including:

To maintain our high standards of service and staff availability, the other following fees apply to specific booking categories:
Activity & Tour Support: For all Activity and Tour bookings, a $35 Convenience Fee is applied. This fee grants you direct access to our Customer Support Specialist, who is available during business hours to assist with itinerary adjustments, special requests, and on-trip support.
Peak Season Transportation: Due to significant demand during the holidays, a $35 Peak Season Fee is added to all transportation reservations scheduled between December 20th and January 31st.
Expedited “Last Minute” Service: We understand plans change. Transportation services requested within 24 hours of the service time are subject to a $50 Last Minute Fee to expedite the coordination of drivers and vehicles.
