To ensure the highest level of service, as a standard coordination we manage all transportation logistics for your bookings. It provides full-service travel oversight before and during your stay in Costa Rica, including:
Activity & Tour Support: For all Activity and Tour bookings, a $35 Convenience Fee is applied. This fee grants you direct access to our Customer Support Specialist, who is available during business hours to assist with itinerary adjustments, special requests, and on-trip support.
Expedited “Last Minute” Service: We understand plans change. Transportation services requested within 24 hours of the service time are subject to a $50 Last Minute Fee to expedite the coordination of drivers and vehicles.
